The Team

Cameron Gibson
Owner, Registered Clinical Counsellor
I believe curiosity can replace judgement, this natural curiosity toward people lead me into a career in Mental Health, and the eventual creation of GMH in 2019. Fast forward a couple of years, and we have grown to include four incredible and diverse team members.
In my work I provide a therapeutic approach that creates practical and measurable progress for my clients. To create that impact I draw on my ten years of varied work experience, from community based treatments to private practice, and corporate work. I find this contributes to a creative and open minded approach to counselling that results in real change for people.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counselling training in approaches for Anxiety and OCD.

Generating insight into the origins of our psychology is often accompanied by a deep sense of relief and clarity. From this point, Ryan works with clients to deepen their insight and promote the courage required for change. Ryan specializes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Adlerian Therapy and Mindfulness based practice, but also adapts his techniques depending on the needs of the client.
