When Chris is away from the office he is off pursuing his other passions of music production and fitness coaching. Chris acknowledges the importance of balance by pursuing personal passions, prioritizing self-care activities and spending quality time with his partner.

Chris draws on his background in teaching, coaching, and artistry to inform his approach to therapy. Chris helps folks manage anxiety, improve their mood, work with ADHD symptoms, and manage school stress.
His approach draws on Adlerian, Acceptance and Commitment, and Cognitive Behavioural therapies, emphasizing resilience, agency, and creativity in the healing process. Chris works with individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self-worth, and life direction, supporting clients in building the tools and confidence needed for meaningful change.
Chris offers in-person, virtual and nature-based counselling and is inclusive of all genders, ethnicities, and the LGBTQ2+ community. Chris is described by his clients as warm, compassionate, and present in the counselling space.
