01.
What to expect

Rachelle is a kind, non-judgemental, and genuine human. You can expect to be greeted warmly, and experience a safe space to explore and unpack whatever you would like to bring to therapy.

02.
Clinical approach

Our approach integrates evidence-based methods with a deep respect for your lived experience. Rachelle draws on humanistic and relational models, where healing grows out of a genuine and affirming therapeutic relationship. Rachelle uses an intersectional lens, acknowledging that your sexual orientation or gender identity may interact with other aspects of who you are, such as culture, ethnicity, spirituality, or family background.

Expected outcomes

Counselling can look different for each person, but often clients find that therapy helps them feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to themselves. Often we hear back from clients that they've come away with greater self-acceptance, increased reslience, clarity, and healtheir coping strategies.
