Ben looks to support those who are struggling with life transitions, stress management, and personal challenges related to ADHD or anxiety.
Having spent the first decade of his career exploring different industries while living in a handful of different countries, Ben recognizes the difficulties that life can bring in finding meaning and fulfillment while balancing routine and responsibilities.Ben has developed a passion for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as mindfulness and somatic techniques that can be incorporated into daily life. His goal is to help you find balance and well-being by providing practical tools and compassionate support.
As Ben works toward his Master’s in Counselling Psychology, he offers affordable, low-cost counselling with a sliding scale option and is inclusive of all genders, ethnicities, and the LGBTQ2+ community.
